Black and White Copiers

Over the past 10 years, the cost of a color copier has dropped significantly. In the 1990s, you could pay close to $40,000 for a machine that printed 16 pages per minute. However, that does not mean that the black-and-white copier does not make sense for a lot of situations. For example, if you want a cheaper solution, a monochrome copier will often charge one to two cents per print. This as opposed to six to eighteen cents per print.
If you have nothing that requires color printing, then a black-and-white copier will make more sense. You can simply send your color copying needs to a print shop, and if you did not need to use it much, you would be saving money. About 1.3 percent of business owners have not fixed their toner budget. That means that 1.3 percent of companies waste their money buying more toner than needed.
A black-and-white copier almost always costs less, and if you do not need a color copier, why fork over the extra cash? The business world is a dog-eat-dog world, and you want to lower your printing expenses to increase your profits.
